Job Details

On behalf of our Client, a leading commercial vehicles player, we a looking for a Business  / Financial Controller who will grant reliability of financial results, offering support to the management to achieve Company goals in respect of profitability and market share.


  • Assure reliability and integrity of the Monthly Results reported to the Group according to IFRS;
  • Liaise with the accounting department and supervise the bookkeeping correctness;
  • Prepare all deliverables regarding the budgeting & forecasting and leading these business processes in close collaboration with the local management and the Group;
  • Monitor the respect of Group finance policies;
  • Support the management team with a proactive approach, accurate financial data, analysis and recommendation to improve and focus on the key drivers of the business;
  • Monitor the financial key performance indicators and co-pilot the business for achieving them;
  • Prepare ad hoc requests for the Group and local management.


  • University degree in Economics.;
  • Relevant finance and accountancy experience, especially in financial planning and analysis;
  • Computer literacy: SAP and HFM knowledge is a plus;
  • English fluency;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;
  • Capacity to influence decisions and interact with different stakeholders.
