Responsabilitati:

  • Raportare saptamanala:
    • A performantei echipei de vanzari (new&used): situatie vanzari (livrari, forecast de livrat in luna, comparative vs. buget, target, order bank, order intake; informatii piata; employee performance – target & achievement) MTD si YTD;
    • Raportarea cash-flow-ului si a forecast-ului;
  • Raportare lunara a performantei echipei de vanzari (used): situatie vanzari masini rulate (MTD, YTD – target achievement);
  • Raportare anuala: sezonalitate, buget, target; intocmire fise de buget si target pentru echipa de vanzari (branch manager, sales manager, sales representative);
  • Optimizarea rapoartelor pentru eficientizare;
  • Livrarea diverselor statistici si analize interne si international care sunt solicitate ad-hoc;
  • Verificare si validare comisioane lunare;
  • Intocmire comisioane trimestriale;
  • Intocmire raport lunar si trimestrial pe achievement, centre de cost;
  • Forecast incasari:
    • Saptamanal monitorizare, optimizare si audit intern a informatiilor referitoare la cash-flow si forecast furnizate de managerii de vanzari;
    • Zilnic verificare si corectari informatii referitoare la incasari, status aprobare dosare de leasing, status pipeline vs. data estimate de incasare;
    • Trimitere comunicari catre sales managerii/persoanele responsabile de aceasta activitate;
    • Trimitere comunicari catre echipa de sales cu privire la modificari, actualizari, etc;
  • Managementul SharePoint-ului pentru echipa de vanzari – informatii statistice, campanii, documente normative, etc;
  • Managementul informatiilor de pe server – Sales & Sales Activity: rapoarte individuale, de management, informatii utile management;
  • Training echipa de vanzari - CRM, proceduri, rapoarte, utilizare aplicatii;
  • Elaborare documente normative pentru evaluarea echipei de vanzari;
  • Auditare standard de business pentru echipa de vanzari;
  • Prelucrare baze de date clienti si trimitere catre sales manageri pentru diverse proiecte;
  • Raportare performanta pentru campanii.

Cerinte:

  • Diploma studii superioare;
  • Minimum 2 ani de experienta intr-un rol similar;  
  • Bune abilitati de comunicare orala si scrisa, atat în limba engleza, cat si in limba romana;
  • Abilitati analitice foarte bune;
  • Nivel avansat de Excel (Macro, VBA).
