The role

We are searching for an enthusiastic Junior Consultant with <1 year of experience in accounting or financial audit to join our team in Bucharest. Responsibilities

• Direct involvement in a wide range of internal audit and consulting engagements in many industries:
  • Internal audit (approx 50% of time)
  • Financial audit
  • Financial due diligence
  • Forensic investigations and litigation support
  • Risk management and compliance
• Learn from our team of experienced professionals
• Work at high professional standards with ownership of allocated tasks
• Develop relationships with clients
• Responsible for drafting project deliverables and discussing the conclusions with the supervisor and with the client
• Be ready for responsibilities and project roles that may vary significantly subject to the projects nature and complexity

Candidate requirements

Technical skills

• University degree in economics
• <1 year of experience in accounting or financial audit (mandatory requirement)
• Good knowledge of Romanian accounting standards
• Strong business English
• Previous experience in an audit or accounting firm is an advantage
• Mastering of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong analytical skills
• Overall business awareness and exposure to different industries
